Anything would be helpful.  Even just providing a setting on the settings tab of Business Insights to allow the user to select a default app to dispatch to.

3. "Unsubmit", "Revise", or "Re-Dispatch" submission option other than a mobile edit

Good point with regard to something like a contract.  Maybe it could be an app-level option that could be turned off and on kind of like dispatch, mobile edit, etc.
