We require the ability to restrict visibility of submissions on a user-specific basis. While we are aware that assigning a user as “view-only” can limit visibility, this unfortunately removes functionality that those same users still need when working on other GoCanvas applications.
What we specifically need is the ability to define which users can view which submissions, without impacting their permissions on other forms or areas of the platform. At the moment, there does not seem to be an option to selectively assign submission-level access, and this is becoming a limitation in our workflow.

Thank you for posting to the Community! Permissions and specific control over what users have access to is a common concern for businesses. At this time, the Edit & View Form Settings, for web and mobile, are the closest approximation to what you are describing, short of making a user Mobile Only User. Since these solutions don't completely solve for what you need, I will pass this along to Product, although I cannot promise that this will be added to a future roadmap.
