Permanently deleted user
It would be nice if each form could produce a full pdf report as well as a simplified or "customer" copy that are both generated by the same submission. Field users could select the option to send a customer copy and enter the client's email address.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback (and big thanks to Nathan for sharing similar Feature Request posts)!
We do not have an estimated timeline on the functionality to generate and automatically email multiple versions of PDFs for a single submission. I do understand how this would be helpful, especially with the need to generate a simplified PDF for customer records.
I am going to close comments on this post, to encourage users to comment and upvote on the existing Feature Requests for similar functionality, specifically the posts shared by Nathan above.
I have made sure to share the other related Feature Requests (and their upvote totals) with our Product managers, so they know just how much this functionality is wanted.
