When completing an app for submission (and subsequent emailing of the PDF), I would like to choose from any of the multiple PDF formats that have been created, instead of the most "evolved" PDF. This would be helpful, since it is sometimes more important to email less information to an external client, while retaining the more detailed PDF for less critical, internal review.
Logically, my next request would be to have email fields that allows me to select multiple PDF formats to send to specific individual (e.g. 3rd Party--Audit PDF version, Client--Corrective Action PDF version, Internal QA--Full Disclosure PDF version). In this, the app would be able to send more than one PDF type per submission. I understand, as others should, too, that this would require a detailed eye on ensuring that each PDF would be carefully assigned to prevent too much information from getting to the wrong person. Perhaps having tags for each PDF submission to indicate whom they are directed to (e.g. Internal, Client, 3rd Party, Training, etc). Still, this would save a lot of time and legwork.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! I can see how having the option to select a PDF type when completing a submission (or being able to send multiple PDF types when completing a submission) would be useful, especially when providing PDFs to clients and internal teams.
