Allow default PDF output per user or per group per app

Some of our apps have multiple types of outputs available.  Some users sometimes need to use one of the alternate PDF outputs for some period of time, or possibly forever.

It would be nice if you could set an option per app to allow users to select their own default output for the app without affecting the globally assigned / default output.

It would also be nice to be able to assign default output(s) to group(s) and / or users per app as an administrator.

This would save a lot of time versus having to log in to the web UI and choose the alternate output for each submission individually.
