Permanently deleted user
I think it would be very beneficial to add a new role that can be assigned. Adding a Manager role that can create dispatches and review submissions but, not be able to add users, edit apps, etc as this would be under admin.

Thanks for your feedback! I think this is similar to Teresa's request here: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000691168-Dispatch-Role. When it comes to reviewing Submissions, would you want the user with this role to be able to edit the Submission as well, or just look at them?

Yes for this role it would be ideal for them to dispatch, review, and make any changes to the submissions before passing them off to billing. But, at the same time not have access to creating or editing the app/PDF's. For example within our company there is multiple departments that manage their individual groups and normally dispatch their work task.
I agree. We need some people in our organization to have administrative functionality but not be able to change the apps or have
access to the reference data. We don't want access to the reference data for HR confidentiality reasons but we do want them to be able to see all the submissions and have other administrative abilities. An additional role would make sense.
I would also like to see a Reporter level that would not have access to the Reference Data. We have a spreadsheet of everyone in our company that includes date of birth and home addresses with other information we use as reference data. I want out plant mangers to be reporters but I can't give them this authority because of the access to privacy information used as reference data...Surely others have run into this problem unless they don't use Go Canvas for any HR tasks....
