Items in this release:

1. API v3:
   • Admin portal performance improvement: 
     • Fixed an intermittent performance issue where updating a Reference Data file on API v3 could time out.
   • Create/Manage Basic Forms:

     • Added the ability to create and update Basic Forms in APIv3.

   • Honeybadger error reduction:
     • APIv3 error handling is now standardised.
     • 500 responses no longer expose internal details and may carry an `error_id` for Support.
2. Web Client:
   • Web Client handoffs are now tracked in submission logs.
3. Miscellaneous:
   • Identity Assumption: hardern requirements
   • Hotfix to sanitize multi_key values to match sanitization of value data
   • Fixed PATCH submission call when updating an image
   • Stop Form edit process from creating extra Handoffs (not visible in UI)
   • Fixed verbiage for Dispatch unassigned email
   • Dispatches with project_id: null or belonging to a different project are excluded from the response
   • Removed configuration options for retired Square payment integration
   • Workflow handoff errors now display their messages, so users can fix them and save
   • Fix Number fields silently resolve to 0
