Items in this release:

1. API v3:
   • New delete-value endpoint, a content-type guard, a Basic Builder PDF definition endpoint, `builder_type` in the form blueprint, and duplicate GUID now returns 409 instead of 422
2. Mobile Sync:
   • Checkbox edits now save correctly from the mobile apps
3. Security:
   • Data Source Credential secrets are now masked
   • Maplibre-gl is upgraded to fix CVE-2026-85061
4. Web Client:
   • Multi-choice answers use the same delimiter as mobile
   • Numeric Loop Screen key fields work
   • Media lands in the correct Loop Screen row
   • Tooltips are clearer
