Items in this release:

1. Admin Portal Performance Improvements:
   • Improved page performance on Projects Submitted tab
2. Basic Form Builder:
   • Ensure that Static Text field Label is included on PDFs
3. Miscellaneous:
   • Form creation via the API now honors department_id, placing the form in the correct Department
   • Allow more than 100 Reference Data files to appear in the Advanced and Basic Form Builders
   • Assigned Follow-Ups now show in the Web Client
4. Hotfix 18.12.1:
   • Prevent Dispatch client from populating Mirror fields
