Items in this release:

1. API v3:
   • Exposed Device GUID when retrieving the submission through API.
   • Fixed an issue with API v3 related to Dispatches that are not assigned to forms.
2. Basic Form Builder:
   • Fixed an issue with the Calculation field where saving the field with decimals would change the field Type into a Number field.
3. Web Client:
   • Fixed an issue with Dispatches no longer being accessible on the mobile application after the user worked on the Dispatch in the Web Client.
4. Miscellaneous:
   • Fixed an issue with field Type when switching between allowing and not allowing decimals in both the Advanced and Basic Form Builders. 
   • Fixed an issue with SSO logins where a mismatch in SAML assertion threw an unhandled error to properly report the error to the IdP.
   • Fixed an issue with rendering the Reference Documents page correctly in every Account View (i.e. Core, Project Management, and Tracker).
   • When only one Department exists, submissions will be automatically attributed to that Department.
   • Fixed cross-Department user icon display.
