This article provides instructions about how to login to GoCanvas using Bluebeam ID as well as troubleshooting tips and an FAQ.
For users of both softwares, you can now login to GoCanvas using Bluebeam ID.
Bluebeam ID
GoCanvas supports logging in with Bluebeam ID directly on the GoCanvas login page, allowing users who already have accounts in both systems to access GoCanvas using their existing Bluebeam credentials.
This will be the same Single Sign-on experience as when you login to Bluebeam using your Bluebeam ID.
- Navigate to the GoCanvas login page.
-
Click Log in with Bluebeam ID under Log In.
-
Complete the Bluebeam login flow as usual.
Logging in with this method provides secure authentication via Bluebeam, including verified account checks. Unverified Bluebeam accounts will be directed to go through the Bluebeam verification process.
Please Note
Users must have both a Bluebeam ID and GoCanvas account that use the same email address in order to use this method.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the user exists in both systems.
- If you are unsure if the user is properly set up in Bluebeam, direct them to the Bluebeam Org Admin site.
- Users without verified emails in the Bluebeam ID auth system will be blocked. Users will need to ensure their email is verified.
- Direct users to the Bluebeam Password Reset page to trigger email validation.
- For any technical support issues with Bluebeam authentication, customers should be directed to Bluebeam support:
