Items in this release:

1. Improvements to Existing Features:
   • API v3 Dispatch:
     • Fixed a pagination issue on API v3 Dispatch causing only the first 25 dispatches to return.
   • API v3 Customer Feedback and Beta Channel tickets:
     • Improve API v3 Reference Data updating to make it clearer how to add new rows and updated existing rows.
   • Multi-factor Authentication:
     • MFA SMS (i.e. text method) now supports Canada.
2. Bug Fixes:
   • Fixed an issue with Change Email request, it now only prompts for a user to confirm their password for their own account and not for administrators.
3. Hot Fix 17.4.1:
   • This hot-fix restores the JSM-related Project/Customer/Site endpoints when they are used to configure Reference Data in Builder.
