2 April '25 Platform Release Notes: GoCanvas 16.28 & 16.28.2

GoCanvas announces the release of Platform 16.28 and 16.28.2 on the 2nd of April 2025.

Items in this release:

1. New Features:
   • APIv3 is now available to customers on Pro and Max:
     • APIv3 documentation is automatically enabled for APIv3 users,
     • APIv3 List all Submissions:
       • Users can view and filter a list of Submissions.
     • Added support to create and update Recurring Dispatches,
     • APIv3 Retrieve Dispatches filter.
2. Improvements to Existing Features:
   • Follow-Ups:
     • Multi-Image operational enhancements.
   • Operational improvements to Elasticsearch.
3. Maintenance:
   • Updated Nokogiri to version 1.18.4,
   • Upgrade our Rails 7.0 to 7.1,
   • Add the customers domain to settings on the Workato side.
4. Bug Fixes:
   • Builder:
     • Fixed an issue where Mirror fields were not mirroring correctly within Loops.
     • Fixed an issue where the Field Label setting was not appearing in the Settings panel.
     • Fixed an issue where users were able to convert Screens to a List when the Key Field was not a support field type.
   • APIv3 Address was missing pagination headers,
   • Fixed SyncController SMS Code Error Messaging,
   • Fixed an issue that prevented adding seats to existing Professional plan accounts.
5. Platform 16.28.2 is released to www.gocanvas.com and au.gocanvas.com which includes two fixes from the above release:
   • Bug Fixes:
     • Resolved issue preventing some Evernote submission integrations from connecting.
     • Fixed an issue causing Form PDF Email Delivery options to incorrectly display no selected option when editing a Form's Email Options.
     • Fixed an issue causing Form PDF Email Delivery options to always send Links when Attachments were intended.
