GoCanvas announces the release of Platform 16.23 on the 22nd of January 2025.

Items in this release:

1. Improvements to Existing Features:
   • APIv3: We are working to bring APIv3 to parity with v2 as well as create further, valuable enhancements for customers:
     • Updates to support Loop Screens in our PATCH requests so clients can get all of their looped data,
     • Allow accounts that Department Share forms to choose which Department a Submission is created in,
     • Add Helper methods to API docs so we can quickly create sample code snippets.
2. Bug Fixes:
   • Fixed an issue where a Twilio error was showing on mobile,
   • Fixed issue where GoCanvas was sending blank Salesforce Account IDs to Zuora,
   • Fixed an issue where changing a field from Multi-Choice to Single Choice was erasing all entered choices,
   • Fixed issue where fields were overflowing in the preview container for Web Forms,
   • Updated our integration with Simpro so that GoCanvas Department names update when changes are made in Simpro.
