11 December '24 Platform Release Notes: GoCanvas 16.21

GoCanvas announces the release of Platform 16.21 on the 11th of December 2024.

Items in this release:

1. APIv3:
   • APIv3 now supports Dispatch creation, retrieval, and deletion for the Core product as well as for customers using Project View.
   • We’ve made it easier to retrieve entry_ids for submissions and dispatches.
2. Repeat Dispatch:
   • We’ve added the ability to edit Dispatch information for repeat events. Users have the option to apply changes to an individual dispatch or to all upcoming repeat dispatches in the series. about that feature or concept.
   • To be more consistent with other calendar tools, we’ve switched the order of “end” selection for repeat events. The option to end on a specific date will now be first and number of occurrences second.The Help Center link on the Create Dispatch page has been updated to the correct URL.
3. Code Quality, Tech Debt, & Security:
   
   • Code Refactoring: Several Department tables have been refactored so that the code is more clear and concise. Customers using departments should not see any visible changes or disruptions to this feature.
4. Customer Support:
   
   • Fixed an issue where users were unable to set up an out of the box integration if they were also using Workato integrations.
   • Fixed an issue where updates from a prior release impacted sync times for customers.
