Log In with SSO

If you're accessing GoCanvas through Single Sign On (SSO), you have a slightly different log in process and support pathway. 

Logging In

1. Navigate to gocanvas.com/login directly or from the GoCanvas website.
2. On the log in screen, click the hyperlink that says Single Sign On (SSO).
3. The next page is where you can enter the email address provided by your company or administrator.
4. Follow the instructions for logging in. 

Forgotten Passwords

When a user is configured to authenticate to an Identity Provider, GoCanvas is unable to use the typical forgotten password process. Instead, when a user visits the Forgot Password form and enters their email address, GoCanvas detects that they are an SSO user and prompts them to seek help from their company IT department or help desk.
