This article is dedicated to the Copy to Integration action on the Submissions page.
If for some reason, the data from a submission is not appearing in a software the form is integrated with, you can send it again from within the GoCanvas portal.
Copy to Integration
- Navigate to the Submissions page and select the name of the form the submission belongs to.
Check the box next to the name of the Submission you want to send. That will cause a Copy to Integration button (as well as a Delete button) to appear below the submission search bar.
- Select that button and confirm. A confirmation message will appear in the upper right corner of the page.
