This article provides steps for how users can send or resend completed submissions from the Submissions page or Submitted tab.
In addition to emailing your reports, invoices, work orders, and other submissions directly from your mobile device, you can also email submissions from the GoCanvas website.
Email Submissions
This feature will allow you to resend the submission to previously added recipients or to email the submission to a new recipient.
From the Submissions Page
- Navigate to the Submissions page.
- Click the name of the form, or folder name, with a submission you would like to email.
Click the envelope icon in the Action column. If the envelope is white, the submission has no previously sent emails.
Enter the email address into the field and Send to Recipient. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the pop-up.
An email can also be resent to someone who has previously received the submission by clicking the paper airplane icon in the Resend column. If the envelope is greyed in, the submission has a previously sent email. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the modal.
From the Submitted Tab
- Navigate to Work Hub and toggle to the Submitted tab.
Click the envelope icon in the Action column. If the envelope is open, the submission has no previously sent emails.
Enter the email address into the field and Send to Recipient. Click Done to close the pop-up.
An email can also be resent to someone who has previously received the submission by clicking the paper airplane icon in the Resend column. If the envelope is closed, the submission has a previously sent email. Click Done to close the pop-up.
Please Note
The size limit for emailing a PDF Submission is 25 MB.
