Delete a Submission from the Submissions Page

This article provides the steps to permanently delete submissions from the Submissions page.

With the Form Setting Edit and View, Admins and Designers can determine whether different users within their account have the permission to delete submissions in the web portal on a form by form basis.


Delete Submissions

  1. Navigate to your Submissions page.
  2. Click the name of the form to view all submissions for that form. 
  3. Check the box next in the row that corresponds with the submission you wish to delete.

  4. Near the top of the page under the search bar, click Delete.

You can also check the box in line with the column labels to select the checkbox for every submission on this page.

Note

Submissions can also be deleted from the Submitted tab in Work Hub. The checkbox functionality is the same in both place.
