GoCanvas supports multi-photo capture on all compatible devices, including the Windows Desktop client.

Multi-Photo Fields

You can add up to 10 photos to a multi-photo field. Any captured images can be viewed online from your portal and included in PDFs.

Add a Photo Field

  1. Navigate to your Forms page and launch the Legacy Builder for your existing form, or expand Create New and Mobile Form to start a new form.
  2. Find an existing Photo field or add one to the workspace.
  3. Select the field to open Field Settings and toggle to Multiple Photos.LB_Photo Field Settings_Multiple Photos.png
  4. Optionally, expand the More drop down to change Image Source. This setting allow users to either add photos from the Camera or Gallery, Camera, or Gallery Only.LB_Photo Field Settings_Image Source.png

Multi-photo fields are indistinguishable from single photo fields on mobile until the field is opened.

As photos are added, they will display in succession on the screen. The X in the upper right corner of each image can be tapped to delete the photo.

Downloading Multiple Photos

You can view and download multiple images from the Submissions page on the portal.

Once on the Submissions page, select the date of the submission you want to view, then scroll to the photo field that contains multiple images. There will be a link on the left indicating the number of photos.
