15 August '24 Platform Release: GoCanvas 16.11

GoCanvas announces the release of Platform 16.11 on the 15th of August 2024.

Other items in this release:

1. Unfinished Submissions:
   • The Unfinished tab is now visible to Company Admins in Work Hub!
   • This will display any submissions that are "stuck" for longer than 15 minutes so admins can instruct users to re-sync or manually complete submissions to keep their processes moving.
2. Attachments:
   • Attachments are ready for customers as a beta offering!
   • Bug fixes and core functionality:
     • Allow overriding of the 2 MB attachment limit on a company-by-company basis,
     • Only allow certain file types to be uploaded (i.e. no executables, no installers, no whammies),
     • Attachments are now visible in the interactive preview,
     • Video and Attachment URLs on Designer PDFs now correctly link to the resource.
3. Builder:
   
   • We are bringing the best of the Legacy's Builders contextual panel into the Builder based on user testing and feedback; hasta la vista pop-up modals.
   • These great improvements and full feature parity are coming this fall!
4. API V3:
   
   • Added screen conditions to GET Form endpoint. Previously only entry conditions were displayed.
   • Updated docs for Form and Submission examples for clarity.
5. Miscellaneous:
   • Full Freeze: allows our CES team to fully lock down Form configuration options (i.e. Form Settings) to prevent any issues with custom-built integrations.
   • On HIPAA accounts the "Allow unsecured access" option in the Builder is now removed:
     • Unsecured access to photo/videos was never permitted in HIPAA-enabled accounts but the setting was still visible.
     • Removing the option makes that even clearer.
