Creating a copy of an existing form is the best way to save time creating a new but slightly different form.
Copy an Existing Form
Follow these steps to create a copy of your form:
1. Go to the Forms tab.
2. Click Ellipses icon in line with the form you wish to copy.
3. Click Copy.
You'll now have a copy of your form with a status of New. Any changes made to the original form will not affect the copy and vice versa.
