JCO List Sorting/Search

Our residential operations team faces significant delays when completing Job Closeouts (JCOs) because the list is sorted from oldest to newest and they must scroll through >500 jobs to find their specific job number. The team would like the list to be sorted from newest to oldest and additionally have the ability to search for a specific job number from their mobile device.

    Hi Josh!

    Thank you for your contribution to the community! I'm sorry to hear about the delays you have experiencing and completely understand the need to efficiently sort through submissions. Here's what I would suggest:

    • Use the filter and sort options. You can pretty much search for anything within the form, including job numbers, if listed in the submission. Here's more info!
    • Name submissions based on a field in your form such as 'job number'. This way they can have the job number pull as their submission name when logged into the website (given permissions to edit/view by admin in form settings).

    If we have access the ability to search jobs or newest from oldest would def save alot of time from management point also installers when they want to add more pictures
