If you could go upvote this feature request post that will help our product team with timelines for the road map.
  
  A workaround, for now, if you want your users to see a video is to host your video on another platform (Youtube or Vimeo for example) then insert the link into a link field for your users to select when going through the form.

   

  If you want your users to be able to record a video, I believe you can use a third-party video recording software to record a video and then get a link. You would then need your users to upload that link into a short text field, rather than a link field!
