there is no option at the moment to include the report number in the PDF name or any other emial field. it would be good to have this option to make the reports unique.

Hi Stefano,
Presently, the submission number cannot be generated until after the submission is complete and once it's complete, the platform does not offer a way to change the name of the submission due to date integrity and all the possible integrations the submission could be attached to.
