When I create a dispatch and if I include 2 or more assigned users, I would like to be able for all to see on their calendar if it’s issued to them etc. Right now, I’m either creating duplicates and assigning separately or the one user has to coordinate with the other user.
In other words, I want to be able to dispatch a single job that if I assign multiple users to then they will receive notification and see it on their calendar etc.
Have the option as a lead for that job would make it nicer as well so only one fills out the report at the end of the day. I could arrange tis on my form also.

Thank you both for posting to the Community. As for the first request, we are not able to make a Dispatch/submission/Task available to more than one person at a time because we are an offline solution. If a submission is editable by more than one user at a time, changes would be disconnected and multiple versions would be created.
As for the second request, I suggest using Assignments to create a "bucket" where anyone could claim the submission. We have Admins/Dispatchers who create a Dispatch assigned to themselves, receive it on their device, and unassign it from themselves so others can see the Task and claim it for themselves.
I apologize that I don't have a solution that fits perfectly but I welcome you to ask me any questions you have about this solution.
Yes, and need the same for workflow, ability for a workflow to assign to multiple users as a kanban where whoever is free can grab the submission at that workflow step and run with it. That would also be useful in dispatch to have it assign to multiple and whoever can work it first, grabs it.
