Hi Trey,
There's currently not a Mac version of the GoCanvas App, though that is a popular feature request. You can run it on a Mac using a virtual machine but that can be a bit cumbersome. One thing we've been thinking about is a web client, which would allow users to fill things out in a browser on any kind of device; if that's interesting to you, I'd recommend upvoting the feature request for it here.
