you guys are getting closer with the assignments "tasks"... however, if an app has assignments enabled then the user before submitting the task should have options to assign to someone or a group or department...this needs to be more obvious and not hidden in the dot dot dot menu at the top right...give people a button to push before submitting...plus the whole submitting a form is confusing because some could submit a form and it's submitted without assigning it to anyone, this doesn't make sense.
also...why is the app staying open after submission and not closing like normal?

Thank you for sharing this feedback! Assignments was designed to be able to pass a submission-in-progress from any screen for other users to complete.
If you need to pass a submission at a specific point in an App, you could use Workflow to show a screen with a 'Done' button for the user to press before handing off the submission.
