Howdy Everyone! We have some exciting news to share- you can now edit Submissions for previous App versions on your mobile device!
This highly requested feature will allow users in the field to make updates to Submissions for all previous App versions, no more waiting until you are back at a computer to make necessary changes.
There is no extra toggle to enable this new functionality. As long as Mobile Editing is enabled from the App Settings, then Submissions from any version of the related App can be edited on mobile devices.
One key consideration is the Submission Date setting for the App Settings. If the Reset Date setting is enabled for mobile editing, then the Submission Date will update any time an edit is made on mobile.
This setting can be found on the same page as Mobile Editing, navigating to Apps>clicking on the App Name>scroll down to Features>click Edit & View:

As with previous updates, this version is being released as a phased rollout for Android and iOS, to provide a smooth transition for GoCanvas users. Android and iOS users should see this update hit the App Store and the Google Play Store soon! Android users can also download the latest version directly from http://www.gocanvas.com/m.
Please note that this feature is not supported in the Windows Desktop Client.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out! For initial troubleshooting, I would make sure that your devices have the latest version of GoCanvas. You can check this Help Center topic for the latest version for Android and iOS, along with instructions on how to update your device, if needed.
If your device is updated to the latest version, please also make sure that Mobile Editing is enabled from your Account Homepage.
If you are still unable to edit Submissions from previous App versions on your mobile device after updating to the latest version and enabling Mobile Editing, I would advise submitting a ticket for our Support team to further investigate and directly troubleshoot with you.
