I am looking to see if it will be possible in the near future to be able to dispatch direct from my cell phone to my emplyees ?

  Thank you for sharing this feedback! I can see how the option to create and assign Dispatches from a mobile device would be helpful.

  This feature is not currently on the roadmap for upcoming release, but we do recognize the challenges that this feature would solve and will continue to review this request during our roadmapping process.
