Permanently deleted user
It would be very helpful if I was able to select a form and find out who has not completed that form in a given search criteria. Currently I have to export the list, remove duplicates, cross reference an employee list for who is not on there. Perhaps just a "not complete" in an advanced search submission status?

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! Could you please clarify which of these options you are trying to confirm?
-Confirm which users have not completed a Submission for a particular App (Ex: Which users did not complete a Submission for the Vehicle Safety Checklist App on 9/23/2019?)
or
-Confirm if specific fields were not filled in by employees on completed Submissions (Ex: Which users who completed a Submission for the Vehicle Safety Checklist App failed to fill out the 'Brake Check' field?)

Thank you for the clarification! At this time, we do not have a direct way to report which users have not completed a Submission for a particular App. However, we do have two reporting options on our website that may save some steps in your current process.
-The Active User Report will give you the number of responses submitted by each user on each day for a specified date range. You could use this report to pull a list of users who have completed Submissions for a particular App on a specific date, then compare against your user list.
-The Inactive User Report will give you a list of users who have not made a submission over a 30 day period or smaller range. You could use this report to pull a list of users who have not completed ANY Submissions on a specific date (or within a date range, up to 30 days).
