All the countries using the 24 hours format are confused when scheduling visits and often forget to look if AM or PM is selected. As a result, the technician gets a calendar invitation for 3:00 AM instead of PM. As the iPhone APP supports the 24 hours format, it should be the same for the web interface. Please fix this urgently.

Thank you for this feedback! I can see how the option to view the Dispatch Calendar in a 24-hour time format would be helpful.
As a potential workaround, you could bulk upload Dispatches from a CSV file, where the scheduled time can be input in a 24-hour format.

I don't plan to use the bulk upload. Gocanvas should just support the 24 hours format in the calendar like it does it in the app. If not, it means it's mainly designed for the US.
