    Hi James, 

    Do your workers generally have customers' emails saved to their contacts, or would it make sense to use Reference Data so that everyone has access to the emails of people they might be doing work for? Just trying to figure out what the ideal workflow would be and if there's a way to get close with existing features.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I considered the reference data, but the amount of upkeep on my end to keep that file updated would be too much and would confuse the other workers who don't need the reference data. Also issues with contact with same names could further confuse them.

    In our case, this is not a super critical issue, but I just wanted to throw it out there as it seems like a logical feature to add. Thanks!
