You can auto-populate any GoCanvas app with data from a reference file. For example, let's say you enter a part name into an order form. GoCanvas can automatically populate the price of that part in the Price field. You could upload a file (CSV format) with one column listing the names of your parts. The second column would list the price for each of those parts.
Or, you could select one of your customer names from a value list (drop-down) in GoCanvas and then in subsequent fields you could automatically fill in the Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Customer ID Number based on data provided in a reference file.
To do this, upload a reference file to GoCanvas by clicking on Home and then click on Reference Data & Images. You can add as many files as you wish.
