Hi, I would like to see a preview of the customised PDF before a new form is submitted, please. Currently, I am able to see the generated PDF once I receive my copy via email only. However, when in the field and without a cellular signal this is a limitation. I print an 80mm thermal receipt to leave a summary to my client, by copying and pasting the text of the PDF form. I have tried to print the actual PDF on the receipt printer but the quality is not good and the text too small, so I just print the text. A new feature allowing 80mm paper size printing would be outstanding! Thank you team.

We have just released the functionality for users to preview a PDF on mobile before completing a submission!
Take a look at the release notes for this feature (and several others!) here, and be sure to check out the Help Center topic for more details on how to preview the Submission PDF on mobile.

Thanks for your feedback. As far as the preview feature, that's a popular request. I'd recommend upvoting this topic: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360006758594-View-PDF-Print-Preview-Option. As far as the printing on receipt paper, you may be better served by logging into the GoCanvas website from your mobile device, going to your Submissions, and printing the web version of your desired Submission. I can't really test that as I don't have a receipt printer, but I think that should print better on 80mm paper.
