I am ready to customize my app to make it more user friendly as well as make my training process for new hires easier. I write about 6-10 mold assessment reports a day and I am ready to expand my business. This means I have to hire new technicians and train them how to write up reports. Right now each each image has to be individually imputed with desciptions. This takes a long time and is hard for new technicians to do fast while the customer is asking a lot questions. An app that would accommodate some features such as dropping multiple images into a page describing each room that is being inspected would save at least 1-2 hours PER DAY, PER TECHNICIAN. I must have this capability as soon as possible. If this cannot be accommodated in the near future I will have no choice but to redesign my app with a company that can accommodate this.
