Is there any way to set up the "edit submission" area to contain the same types of fields that are in the app. I have been using hidden fields to mark submissions as reviewed (easier than workflow since I have looped screens), but it would be nice if I could use check boxes or drop downs instead of having to put text. I know that you have fields like this in the dispatch area that function as drop-downs, so it would be great if there was a way to do this when viewing and editing submissions in the back end.

There's no way to currently do what you're asking, but I have a question for you about what you're describing. Are you going to the submissions page, manually reviewing the submissions, and checking that hidden field from there? If that's the case, you might look into the Submission Status feature: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006631467. That is actually incredibly helpful! Not a complete solution, but still really great! The reason this is such an issue is because I'm trying to go through each submission on each looped screen, reviewing that each picture matches what they've entered, and then marking them a certain way depending on what's incorrect. For example, we have people taking pictures of receipts from different vendors. So they enter the date, the vendor, and receipt number. I usually try to categorize these to mark whether they put in the wrong vendor or the wrong date etc so I can give specific feedback to each person. This would be made easier if I could use radial or check boxes to select what's wrong.
But I will certainly use the submission status feature as well!
Gotcha, that makes sense. So the request would be to be able to sort submissions on the submission page by a field in the App. Does that cover it?
