Is it possible to build a form where I can just upload pictures only and then have it give me a PDF with those images and company letter head info?

Hi Daniel,
You could make this yourself pretty simply by creating an app that consists solely of a loop (using a short text field for the key field as a description) and then have a photo field within the loop. Then you'd just need to set up the company's logo and relevant information on the PDF header (you could do this on either the Standard or PDF Designer.
