Permanently deleted user
I have a GoCanvas user who has left my company. How do I change their settings? I edited the name but can't change password.

Hey Toby,
You can update a user's password if you are the account admin. To do so:
1. Log into the GoCanvas Website
2. Go to Account>Users
3. Click on the name of the user to open their profile
4. Ensure the proper username/first/last name have been entered. If not, edit these by using the "edit" feature on profile
5. To update the password, at the top of the page, there will be a blue and white button that says "Change Password" - if you click this, you can enter a new password for the user, and then provide it to them.
