Role levels

We have an employee dedicated to Dispatch and report. He needs to see all submission, edit submissions, when necessary and hands on calendar to dispatch our field inspector. We don't want this employee having access on app designer or managing users roles / adding or deleting users. Is it possible to setup this particular level of role? 

This is extremely urgent because we are in the process of franchising. A better level of roles would leverage Go canvas to to the sky!!!

    Hi Rod,

    I was wrong in my initial response here - Company Reporters cannot Dispatch. They can do everything else needed, however, depending on your settings in the Edit & View settings on each App. 

    That said, there's a work-around for being able to create Dispatches from outside of GoCanvas without needing admin access. Take a look: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000691168-Dispatch-Role

  • Sara, thank you very much. I saw the other way around, but that is completely silly. I use Go canvas to shrink my process and the only way around is to create a process in other software which is google sheets. C'mon!!! There's gotta be a better way.
