workflow communication

Completed

Consider adding an email along with the push notification that occurs when a workflow is rejected.  I'm finding that people are missing the rejections because of not hearing the push notification (these need to come with emails).  I also think that the workflow should have it own email notifications or even follow the email settings that have been setup for the form already....

  • Hi David,

I know you aren't going to love this answer, but now that Workflow works with Zapier, there are a LOT of possibilities as far as communications and general visibility go. You could create dashboards that include workflow statuses, send emails with rejection notes, and more.
