Right now any user with the ability to dispatch is presented with the full list of apps to dispatch to whether the user is assigned to those apps or not.
It would be better if the user were only presented with apps to which they are assigned. This makes things easier, helps keep the list small when there are multiple apps, and prevents accidental dispatching of the wrong data into the wrong app, etc.

Hi Nathan,
I have never thought of something like this impeding productivity and I appreciate you making this post. Departments actually do help with this since users only see the apps that are shared with the department they are in. However, for clients who need something less intense than Departments would benefit from app level settings regarding dispatching permissions. I have shared this idea with the product team for their consideration.
