Items in this release:

1. Basic Form Improvements:
   • Faster, smoother performance: 
     • Large forms now load and respond more quickly, with smoother dragging and resizing.
   • Basic Form creation: 
     • From October 6, Clicking “Basic Form” creation will launch builder for AU and global accounts.
   • Clearer, more consistent interface: 
     • Tooltips, checkboxes, and warning icons have been updated with the latest design system for a cleaner, accessible experience.
2. API & Integrations:
   • More complete submission data: 
     • Submission API responses now include department IDs for better integration with reporting and exports.
   • Dispatch stability: 
     • Validation errors for repeat dispatches are fixed, and dispatch exports now handle more requests per minute without hitting rate limits.
   • Simplified password reset: 
     • Mobile password reset no longer requires users to request a new code if they enter a password that doesn’t meet requirements.
3. Dispatch & Bulk Upload Improvements:
   • Simpler CSV uploads: 
     • Dispatches uploaded from desktop CSVs can now include job sites not linked to a project or customer.
   • Better error handling: 
     • Bulk dispatch uploads now return clearer validation messages, while exports run faster and hit fewer rate limits.
4. Data, Backend & AI Infrastructure:
   • Reference Data protection: 
     • Added safeguards prevent errors when reference data is missing expected information.
5. Production Defects & Critical Fixes:
   • Login issues resolved: 
     • Fixed a condition that could prevent some users from logging in.
   • Webhook and password fixes: 
     • Webhook unsubscribe now works correctly, and password reset is smoother for mobile users.
