We currently use GoCanvas for our First Article Inspection (FAI) process to collect data across our production plant. We also have a set of work instructions that we’d like to digitize. We're exploring whether GoCanvas can provide a centralized location to store these instructions, and whether the platform can allow users to access them directly from their iPads using the GoCanvas service. Ideally, we’d like to integrate the instructions into the workflow so that relevant data can be pulled and displayed as needed.

Thank you for posting to the Community! I'm not sure if what you are describing would be the best use case for GoCanvas. Our solution is better suited to collecting data from the field rather than providing documents to users in the field. You could upload certain documents as Reference Images or upload instructions as Reference Data but the only documents we currently support are mobile attachments that would originate from the user making the submission rather than the office providing that document. Without seeing the instructions I cannot say that it is not possible but based on experience, the solution would probably not be what you are envisioning and would potentially be over-engineered to achieve your goals that are better solved with a software built for that purpose.
