On the email options for forms, it would be nice to be able to set email options per customer.
Under choose which PDF to email. have another dropdown to choose a customer from your list. This way when a customer asks for their reports they only receive submissions for their products. Right now it is across the board for that form.

Thanks for posting this to the Community, Ricardo Montelongo and thank you Cathy Goodman for the original post!
This is certainly a request that I think many customers would benefit from so I would be happy to pass this along to our Product team for consideration for improving the GoCanvas portal interface.
In the meantime, many clients use a similar solution to what Ricardo is describing. Using Reference Data and the "Always email submissions to this address?" setting on Text fields in the style of short and the format of email, this can easily be automated. This can easily be adjusted for multiple emails using a Table or Conditions if necessary. The article that discusses this solution is called, "Conditional Email with Reference Data," which focuses on the use case for sending a submission to a specific supervisor for every submission, but the same logic can be applied using customers instead.
Additionally, check out the webinar, "Enhance Efficiency with 3 Key Automation Features," to learn more about this popular automation.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Not sure if this would be a solution but we were shown a solution for this. We created a new line in screen where account dropdown. This field setting will be
Label = Email , Type = Text , this particular customer has 2 different emails that need to receive submissions so Style = Multi-line, Default Value would be the email or emails separated by comma, Now the key is under Conditions the Show Email when, we selected the account. we currently don't need more then this customer to setup direct email but Im thinking we could add as many Email text lines as described above and set conditions for each. Hope this helps.
