Static image on PDF based on conditional logic

I want an image to show on the PDF only when certain criteria are met.

I'm not talking about a logo but a diagram of an item.

Thanks

  • Hi Dos Carolinas,

This should be possible! You are able to add a static image into your form and then you can have a diagram screen or field that has conditional logic added to it to allow your image to only show up when other things happen.

These are the help articles I'd use to work through this:

    1. How to insert a static image into a Form
    2. How to add Conditional Branching to a Form

    I hope these help!

  • I have done all of that. There does not seem to be a way to show it on the PDF unless it is ALWAYS on the PDF.

  • This field disappears when I am on the static image.

  • Hi Dos Carolinas,

Thank you for the further information! I've consulted with our team and you are correct. The static images unfortunately are unable to change. I will definitely pass this information over to our team for insight into areas we can expand! I will update you here if anything new arises.

I'm not sure if that image has more information to it, but, where I see "Youth" you could potentially make this a static text field, make that conditional, then on the Designer PDF add the formatting by making the text larger and changing the color. How to customize and edit a PDF using the PDF designer.

Of course, this isn't perfect, but wanted to provide an option if it will help!

    Thanks,
