Static images are a great way to relay visual information when text simply doesn’t suffice. Blueprints, floor plans, diagrams, keys and legends are just a few examples of things you might want to incorporate into your form using the Static Image field.
Adding a Static Image to your Form
- Drag a Static Image field from the field palette and place it in your form.
- You'll be taken to a screen that allows you to select a Reference Image you've previously uploaded to your account, or upload an image from your local files. Click the highlighted space to browse your files, or simply drag and drop them into the space.
- When you browse your files and select an image, it will automatically take the original file name. You can edit it here if you'd like, and then proceed by hitting Select.
- Update the Field Label with a short description of what the image represents.
Once you've added your fields, Save and Publish to device to see it in action! Here's an example of what a few sequential Static Image fields look like on mobile:
Users can open full-size images, zoom in, and pan around to get a more detailed look.
Note: You are limited to 10 Reference Images per account.

Why aren't the static images showing up in the PDF reports? Every other field type added to the form shows up, why are static images any different?
