Items in this release:

Basic Form Builder:
- Fixed drag and drop
- Auto-Build will not generate tiny fields with no real placement, the font fits into the created text fields, and the labels are no longer cut off.

Web Client:
- Web Client behaves like the mobile applications and will only time out after 20 minutes of user inactivity
- Fixed reporting on submission failure

Miscellaneous:
- Accounts with Core View no longer are required to assign a new submission to a Customer or Project.
