Items in this release:

1. BIRT3 Migration:
   • Fixed PDF generation so captured images now appear correctly in auto-layout Designer PDFs. Previously, images showed in the web view but renderd as "No Image Captured" in PDFs. Local and deployed environments now match.
2. Miscellaneous:
   • Fixed submissions filtering issue in iOS/Android when “Show All Users” is enabled. Date filters now correctly return all submissions for forms an admin is assigned to, regardless of admin edit/view permissions.
