How to Add Users to GoCanvas Analytics

You can also manage which users have access to your GoCanvas Analytics dashboards. 

Assign Users to GoCanvas Analytics

The only role available to assign to a user is Viewer. The permissions for this role are viewing dashboards and reports.

  1. Navigate to Account Settings under the Account drop down in the left navigation.
  2. Scroll down to the Security Settings section. 
  3. Select the Settings button in line with Analytics.

  4. You will see a list of your active users and their current role in Analytics, along with the number of available licenses for GoCanvas Analytics.
  5. Expand the drop down menu to the right of the user you wish to add, and select the appropriate Analytics role.

  6. Save to confirm these changes. 

If you need to increase the number of licenses for your GoCanvas Analytics, please contact your Account Manager.
