In addition to adding new users to your GoCanvas account, you can also manage which users have access to your GoCanvas Analytics dashboards.
There is one role available within GoCanvas Analytics:
- Viewer: Can view dashboards and reports
Assign Users to GoCanvas Analytics
- Navigate to the Account>Account Settings page
- Scroll down to the Security Settings section
- Click the Settings button on the Analytics area:
- You will see a list of your active users and their current role in Analytics, along with the number of available licenses for GoCanvas Analytics
- Click the drop down menu to the right of the user you wish to add, and select the appropriate Analytics role:
- Click Save to confirm these changes
If you need to increase the number of licenses for your GoCanvas Analytics, please contact your Account Manager.
